Landlords and property managers can add a resident’s approved contacts to receive caring updates. You choose the scope: notices only, door activity summaries, or nothing at all until consent is in place.
Per-unit controlTenants retain dignity and consent. Wellness monitoring applies only when a resident explicitly opts in. Confidant expands care thoughtfully—not through surveillance.
