What we collect
Only what is needed for alerts, activity history, and running your account.
Account information
Name, email, and authentication details you provide to create and manage your account.
Door activity
Open and close timestamps from devices you choose to install — the minimum signal needed for alerts and activity history.
Device health
Battery, signal, and online status so you can keep hubs and sensors working.
Billing
Subscription and payment metadata processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on Confidant servers.
Optional analytics cookies
If you consent, we may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Analytics does not load until you accept cookies.

Security reports
